At AMC Furniture Outlet, we want you to love your home; if a piece doesn't fit your space, you can initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund minus applicable restocking fees.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number and photos of the item to begin the return authorization process.
Prepare for Pickup or Shipment
Securely repackage your furniture in its original boxing; for large items, we will schedule a professional freight carrier to coordinate a curbside pickup from your residence.
Quality Inspection
Once the furniture arrives back at our warehouse, our quality control team will inspect the item to verify it is free of damage and in sellable condition.
Receive Your Refund
After approval, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, excluding original shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.
