Brand new and unused but may not include the original packaging. The item itself is in excellent condition and functions as intended.

Fully functional with no structural damage. There may be visible cosmetic wear such as light scratches, pulls or marks.

 

Satisfactory
Minor structural damage may be present, but the item remains functional and usable. Cosmetic imperfections may also be visible.

 

Damaged
The item has noticeable damage and will require repair or restoration before it can be fully used.
